The multiple ovals are impressively maintained, clearly benefiting from genuine care rather than just basic upkeep. What struck me most was the clubhouse - genuinely luxurious by sporting ground standards, spacious enough to host proper end-of-season celebrations without feeling cramped. The Secret Harbour Cricket Club folks were notably welcoming, the kind of genuine hospitality that makes you feel like a local rather than an outsider. The barbecue facilities and abundant seating create an inviting atmosphere for families, while the open spaces work perfectly for casual activities - dog walking, impromptu kick-abouts, or simply stretching your legs. The toilets and canteen round out the practical amenities nicely. It's refreshing to find a sporting venue that clearly serves its community well beyond match days.

Generally No! The BBQs are first come, first serve. However, if you plan on having a larger event then please check with Rockingham council.
